Aqeri is more than high quality computer and communication equipment. We are also a reliable partner and will support you as a customer during the whole lifespan of our products.
To secure our customers’ long-term investments we have a service department that is well prepared to respond to any situation that may arise during the lifespan of our products. You are always welcome to contact our service team with any questions regarding repairs, installations and maintenance.
Service procedures
To increase the quality and traceability of our service a RMA-number must always be applied for before returning the product for service.
In order to receive the RMA-number the request form below has to be filled in and sent to us. Thereafter we will get back to you with the RMA number and return address. Please do not return any products before you receive the RMA-number.
